What You'll DoThe Manager will serve as a key category marketing expert for the Americas Fragrance business, with deep knowledge across the brand, category, consumer, and competitive landscape. This role is responsible for both shaping and executing regional strategies that build brand desirability, recruit consumers, and accelerate growth across the Americas.
This role will report to the Americas Executive Director, Brand Marketing, Fragrance.
What You'll Be Working On- Serve as a day-to-day lead for the Core Fragrance business, maintaining a holistic understanding of brand, consumer and commercial performance. Monitor launch performance and portfolio productivity, identifying opportunities to optimize existing franchises, accelerate high-potential innovations and address performance gaps.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable fuel for shaping brand propositions, messaging, and campaign toolkits. Leverage multiple sources, including Circana, Nielsen NIQ, and more.
- Lead regional promotions & pricing strategy; conduct price & product deep dives to inform recommendations; lead coordination with cross-functional teams on price increase execution and calendarizing promotional offers, balancing promotional depth and breadth with brand strategy and P&L targets.
- Champion the voice of the Americas consumer across Regional and Global teams, ensuring consumer insights inform product, communication and activation decisions. Serve as a key day-to-day partner to GPM and GCE, elevating category and commercial perspectives throughout product and campaign development.
- Lead development of integrated Americas GTM strategy for Fragrance launches and brand moments, translating Global initiatives into locally relevant, consumer-centric plans. Develop clear campaign and launch plans that align Media, Social, Influencer/PR, Experiential, Retail Marketing, E-commerce and other partners around business objectives.
- Drive excellence in execution, ensuring programs deliver against brand standards, strategic objectives, timelines and investment guidance.
- Manage brand marketing budgets, timelines and agency partners, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, on budget and consistent with brand standards. Ensure marketing allocations are aligned with Global guidance.
- Contribute to key elements of the annual planning process, including category growth strategies, innovation plans, and NPL assessments.
- Partner with Executive Director, Sales, and Global/Commercial leadership in preparation for key retailer meetings (Market, In the Kitchen), Business Review, Strategy & Planning presentations.
Must Haves- Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and levels

$80,000-$90,000 USD
