MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - HYBRID 3 DAYS IN OFFICE
Egnyte is looking for a Manager, FP&A to join our Mountain View team! We are at an exciting stage in our growth, and we need someone who can support our Executive Leadership to drive continued progress. The successful candidate will be required to work in person with the team at our Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience influencing business leaders and supporting decision-making in a rapidly changing environment. You must be a self-starter with strong financial modeling and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. You will have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. You will be an expert relationship builder with a natural confidence and curiosity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning
- Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions
- Support preparation of investor and executive-facing financial materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of performance and strategy
- This role is an onsite role and you will be required to attend the office in-person at least 3 days per week
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
- Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
- Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $145K to $165K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
