Be part of the team that drives the achievement of our strategic objectives. You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals, managing the performance and risk profile of Bell, balancing the needs of customers, investors and team members with long-term business success.

The Corporate Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership for Bell's Corporate Groups portfolios. This role is responsible for supporting a broad range of stakeholders by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive guidance throughout the month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across Finance and business teams to ensure sound financial management, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial management and oversight of assigned Corporate Groups portfolios, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities
  • Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and executive summaries
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, providing recommendations to improve results and support achievement of financial targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, forecast updates, and planning discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes
  • Lead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives that support broader Corporate Finance objectives


Qualifications

  • University degree with ~5 years of experience in a financial planning environment
  • CPA designation or equivalent professional certification (or in progress)
  • Proficient in BPC (Anaplan), SAP, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns within financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional groups and management
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong asset


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
