Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed)
Department: Finance
Reports To: SVP of Finance

Position Summary
The Manager, FP&A serves as a key business partner within the finance organization. This role combines strategic finance, budgeting and forecasting, lender and investor reporting, compliance oversight, and special project leadership. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, this individual will help drive financial planning processes, support executive decision making, coordinate compliance activities, and assist with growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Planning
• Lead the annual budgeting process across clinics and corporate functions
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations
• Build financial models to support operational and strategic decisions
• Develop KPI reporting and business performance dashboards
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
Executive, Board & Lender Reporting
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages
• Support board, investor, and executive reporting
• Prepare recurring lender reporting packages
• Monitor debt covenant calculations and compliance requirements
• Develop ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives
Compliance & Governance
• Maintain a centralized compliance calendar
• Coordinate business licenses, registrations, and recurring filing requirements
• Assist with insurance renewals and information requests
• Support internal control documentation and governance initiatives
• Partner with accounting and operational leaders to ensure regulatory compliance activities are completed timely
Strategic Projects
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects
• Assist with implementation of finance systems and process improvements
• Participate in automation and business transformation initiatives
• Support scalability and operational efficiency projects across the organization

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred
• Healthcare, medical aesthetics, dental, veterinary, multi-site retail, or private equity-backed company experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, lender reporting, and compliance tracking
• NetSuite experience
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or strategic initiatives
