Job Summary

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the company's quarterly and annual SEC financial filings and plays a critical role in the company's financial close process.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the SEC financial reporting including the preparation and review of SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Prepare work papers and analyses related to various financial disclosures included in the SEC financial filings
• Assist in various aspects of the consolidation process and review of numbers
• Research technical accounting and reporting requirements under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures and U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC requirements
• Consolidate income statement and balance sheet variance reporting and prepare detailed fluctuation analyses in support of the financial statement audits
• Perform financial analyses and generate reports and recommendations for management review
• Advise senior management on changes to financial reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the financial reporting process
• Support ad hoc financial information requests and analyses

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in SEC financial reporting and/or public accounting audits
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
