Full Job Description
The Residential Finance team is looking for a Manager, Forecasting & Analytics. This person will develop forward looking models relating to Market/Competitive intelligence, IBRO Revenue and subscriber additions to help the business achieve desired Market Share, Penetration and Revenue results. This role works cross functionally across Marketing, Rogers for Business (R4B) and the Finance organization and will also manage the relationship with an external market share vendor. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing complex subscriber/financial models, deliver meaningful presentations on the overall storyline, and making recommendations to senior leaders.

What you'll be doing:
• Management of the monthly market share model including actuals/forecasts/insights
• Enhance and maintain subscriber results reporting and forecasting regionally across Canada
• Continuous improvement to revenue reporting and forecasting utilizing the IBRO framework
• Present insights focusing on pertinent information clearly and concisely to the senior leadership and residential business unit
• Management of relationship with external market share vendor to ensure timely updates are received and relevant insights are available
• Ad-hoc analysis as required for base revenue and market insights
• Provide accurate outlooks based on current trends and future tactics
• Support the monthly LE process and annual budget for subscribers, IBRO and market
• Provide analytical support for projects across acquisition, base management and churn prevention as required

What you'll bring:
• Experience in a data analytics
• Experience in developing comprehensive and dynamic business/financial models
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills that effectively "zooms in" and "zooms out" as appropriate for the target audience
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry including market/competitive dynamics
• Highly organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task within tight and competing deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally and comfortable taking initiative to problem solving
