Manager, Finance LDB

In this role you will work on the centralized management of Medical spend for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB). You will be responsible for understanding medical strategies, performing in-depth spend analysis, and acting as a consistent finance partner to the business.

  • Strategic Partnership: You will partner with Brand Controllers, Medical team leads, and Brand General Managers to understand division medical strategies and act as an influencer for profitable growth.
  • Financial Management: You will manage the Budget, Trend, and Actuals for medical cost centers, preparing insightful commentary and analysis to track performance.
  • Performance & ROI: You will assist with the creation and calculation of Medical KPIs and ROI to guide management in making strategic investment decisions and validate analytics to understand business impact.
  • Project Leadership: You will manage ad hoc projects and support the HQ team with divisional requirements.


We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Finance Controlling role.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and controlling.
  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis to provide clear business insights.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing key partners.
  • Able to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Expert level experience with Excel and Word; proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, or similar financial reporting systems is highly desirable.
  • A strong internal control mindset combined with curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Experience in the Consumer Products industry, preferred.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
