Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Manages and oversees the entirety of the project life cycle including resource allocation, project management day-to-day activities such as progress check-ins, project schedules, project close out and overall operational project management to ensure that activities are aligned to operational and strategic objectives
  • Conduct policy research and develop policy briefs for federal healthcare agency, focused on mitigation of vulnerabilities to the federal healthcare programs
  • Participate in business development by supporting new opportunities
  • Support the development and evolution of firm Federal Healthcare and Government Solutions' methodologies and intellectual capital
  • Lead junior teams in conducting policy informed data analyses and distill finding into actionable and intuitive data presentations

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of healthcare solutions / policy experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Expertise leading multi-disciplinary teams of data scientist and policy researchers with a government context
  • Experience using data and statistical analysis packages to develop data drive analysis and visualizations within a health program administration/implementation context
  • Ability to leverage health care landscape and trends to generate forward-looking, actionable insighted and guidance to improve health care program implementation
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data analysis and policy findings orally and in writing
  • Familiarity and experience working with federal healthcare datasets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines and work efficiently both individually and collaboratively as a team
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
