  • Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Respond to ad hoc executive requests with speed, rigor, and sound judgment, including deep-dive analyses and scenario modelling.

  • Perform detailed analytics to explain drivers of expense performance versus forecast, plan, and prior periods, with particular focus on corporate functions expense trends and allocation impacts.
  • Develop value-added insights to support expense optimization and productivity improvement.
  • Lead scenario analysis (e.g., cost-out, reinvestment, volume sensitivity) and clearly articulate P&L and ratio impacts.
  • Synthesize insights across multiple data sources to support strategic discussions.

Process Ownership, Controls & Tools

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CB expense systems and data flows, ensuring strong reconciliations and data integrity.
  • Maintain effective internal controls over forecasting and reporting processes, including EUC and SOX requirements, and GL attestation.

Change Management, Projects & Leadership
  • Lead or support change initiatives and special projects related to expense management, process simplification, and automation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics, models, and reporting efficiency.
  • Coach and provide guidance to analysts and business partners on expense management principles, tools, and best practices.
