Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Enterprise Quality Programs and Data Manager participates in all aspects of program development, implementation and sustainment for quality outcomes as identified and measured through externalprograms (i.e. Leapfrog, etc.). An understanding of all required standards, criteria, activities and performance improvement strategies is required.Provides leadership and oversight of data collection, data analysis, and trends utilizing various clinical information systems for the enterprise, groups and entities. Responsible for oversight and leadership of quality specialist and data coordinator staff in order to provide meaningful, timely, and accurate measures for various sources and agencies.

Responsible for the coordination and daily management of the external quality programs and project plans. Works in collaboration with leadership and external agencies to understand, develop andimplement program requirements. Works with leadership to establish, implement, participate and sustain project elements. Program coordination includes developing a comprehensive project plan and timeline to achieve established program goals.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in program coordination within healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in using data to improve the overall quality of services in the inpatient and ambulatory setting.
  • Three years of experience creating databases, spreadsheets, and graphical display of data requiredincluding control charts.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
