NHS U.S., LLC. seeks multiple Manager, Enterprise Architecture in Bridgewater, NJ

Duties: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, composable architectural solutions that align with both current business needs and long-term strategic goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solution architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Ensure the team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives, driving engagement, collaboration, and performance across departments. Promote ownership, accountability, and clear communication among team members to ensure a focus on achieving key deliverables. Define and implement architectural standards and practices that align with the digital transformation strategy, ensuring scalable, modular, and secure designs. Drive the design of solutions that support our omnichannel strategy, future operations, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure architectural solutions support the broader business objectives and improve operational efficiencies. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML and automation, to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains within the architecture function. Build strong relationships across the business and IT, influencing stakeholders and breaking down silos to ensure the seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Salary: $191,675 - $201,675 per year

Requirements:

Job requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or in an Enterprise Architecture role. Required experience must include all of the following:
  • 7 years of experience working with IT implementation and solution methodologies including Agile;
  • 7years of experience working with Data Modeling and Database Management including SQL and NoSQL;
  • 7 years of experience working with Enterprise Integration including APIs, Microservices, ESB, and MuleSoft;
  • 7years of experience working with DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines including GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps;
  • 7 years of experience working with Cybersecurity and Compliance Frameworks;
  • 7 years of experience in project management leading cross-functional teams.
