What are your contributions to the team?

  • Manage a team of professionals in R&T program management.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals.
  • Delegate and organize resources to meet the company's objective in R&T
  • Lead manpower planning activities and budget preparation.
  • Support senior management and technical leaders to align on research strategies, priorities and decisions.
  • Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget
  • Communicate effectively and favor efficient open communication.
  • Coordinate the efforts of Bombardier's support functions - Legal Services, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Communications - to carry out your team's mandates.
  • Support the continuous improvement of your team's mandates


How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • You have more than 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering, including 3 as a team leader.
  • You have strong knowledge of R&T management practices.
  • You have strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of early aircraft development phases
  • You can manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
  • You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels.
  • You are autonomous, result-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
