Description

The Manager, Enablement Specialist is a key role within the Employee Relations Center of Excellence (ER CoE), responsible for building the infrastructure, tools, insights, and enablement needed to support consistent, high-quality ER/LR practices across the organization. This role acts as an ER and policy specialist with a strong focus on systems and continuous improvement, partnering closely with ER CoE leaders, the People Experience Team, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed enterprise standards into daily practice. The Enablement Specialist strengthens scalability by supporting case management operations, defining requirements for ER technology, building reporting and dashboards, and developing practical resources that accelerate adoption and improve outcomes.

Strategic Leadership
  • Translate ER CoE priorities into a clear enablement roadmap that strengthens adoption, consistency, and scalability across ER/LR processes and tools.
  • Partner with ER CoE leaders to identify system, process, and capability gaps and drive practical solutions that improve ER outcomes.

Policy & Program Development
  • Build toolkits, playbooks, decision guides, and practical resources that help HR practitioners and leaders apply enterprise ER/LR standards with confidence and consistency.
  • Support the development and deployment of ER content by strengthening learning resources, guidance materials, and adoption supports aligned to enterprise practices.

Case Management & Risk Oversight
  • Establish and continuously improve the COE infrastructure, tools, and operational processes that support ER/LR work, including case intake, routing, communication, and reporting.
  • Partner with the ServiceNow Product Owner to define functional requirements for the ER platform and ensure that technology supports ER/LR workflows, governance needs, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage COE caseload tracking, communications, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility, disciplined follow-through, and consistent stakeholder updates.

Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Build and maintain ER insights, dashboards, and reporting that provide visibility into case trends, risk signals, and systemic themes that inform leadership decision-making and proactive intervention.
  • Analyze trends and incorporate learnings into future enablement priorities, continuously improving processes, tools, and resources based on outcomes and feedback.
  • Support operationalization of ER/LR process standards by documenting workflows, maintaining process guides, and ensuring consistent execution of case management and governance practices across the COE.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Partner closely with the People Experience Team and HRBPs to enable high-quality ER/LR processes, support adoption of enterprise standards, and strengthen consistency across regions and business units.
  • Build strong working relationships with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Total Rewards, Talent, ID&E, and HR operations partners to ensure enablement solutions align to governance, risk, and business needs.


Qualifications

    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, HR program enablement, and process or systems implementation in a matrixed environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to build practical tools and resources, improve processes, and drive adoption through clear guidance and stakeholder partnership.
    • Experience supporting HR systems and reporting, including translating functional needs into requirements and delivering actionable insights and dashboards.
    • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining rigor and attention to detail.
    • High judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with sensitive information.
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
