Role and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary The Manager, Employee Experience will lead culture, engagement, onboarding, recognition, employee listening, and employee resource group programs for Samsung Electronics America. This role will translate global and company priorities into effective U.S. employee experiences. Success requires strong execution, collaboration, cultural awareness, and the ability to improve established programs without unnecessary redesign. This is an individual-contributor role with enterprise-wide responsibility.
Roles & Responsibility- Lead culture, engagement, recognition, onboarding, and employee-listening programs.
- Manage employee surveys from planning and launch through analysis, reporting, and action planning.
- Develop culture education that strengthens collaboration across U.S. and Korean working environments.
- Lead onboarding resources, orientation, manager tools, and employee integration activities.
- Provide governance and program support for employee resource groups.
- Manage program plans, communications, budgets, vendors, logistics, and executive reporting.
- Use approved AI, large language models, and automation to improve communications, survey analysis, onboarding, reporting, and program administration.
- Review AI-generated work for accuracy, tone, cultural relevance, and appropriate handling of employee data.
- Partner across HR, Corporate Communications, business leadership, and global headquarters.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in employee experience, culture, engagement, onboarding, or related HR work.
- Experience leading enterprise surveys, onboarding, recognition, culture, or ERG programs.
- Strong program-management, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to execute global programs while improving local relevance and delivery.
- Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and executive-communication skills.
- Experience using AI, automation, or digital tools to improve HR workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Skills and QualificationsPreferred Qualifications- Experience in a global, matrixed, or Korean-headquartered organization.
- Experience working across U.S. and Korean business cultures.
- Experience supporting workforce transitions or organizational integration.
- Korean-language proficiency is helpful but not required.
