The Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, ensuring efficient warehouse management processes, and delivering projects within the life sciences domain. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects related to Manhattan Active WMS implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing phases of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer between project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project integrity.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, especially in the life sciences domain.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager with a focus on Manhattan Active WMS implementation.
- Proven experience in life sciences projects, understanding industry-specific requirements and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project planning, risk assessment, and change management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
