Manager - Network Deployment & Project Management

Opportunity

The Manager - Network Deployment & Project Management is responsible for leading the execution Kitchen and Bath America's logistics and network initiatives. This role serves as the primary owner for inventory and order deployment, logistics Project Management Office, and sales enablement execution, ensuring that network strategies are translated into operationally executable, financially sound, and system-ready solutions.

Supply chain deployment is the strategic implementation and execution of Kohler's supply chain network, focusing on setting up physical, digital, and operational systems to move products from supplier/Kohler manufacturing to Kohler Warehouses. This team leads to positioning inventory in cost optimal locations, coordinating logistics, and configuring distribution networks to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities

Network Deployment & Execution
  • Own execution of network design decisions including order moves, SKU-level deployment changes, and tactical inventory redeployment
  • Monitor sourcing changes to ensure inventory deployment is optimized for Customer Demand and Supply Chain costs
  • Own Order Move and Order allocation process to ensure LOTIF saves, work-load balance, inventory clean up, and cost optimization.
  • Own Stranded Inventory reporting, action and reconciliation
  • Manage network prop factors (SAP-IBP) and deployment logic to balance service, cost, and asset utilization
  • Audit adherence for supply replenishment to prop factor allocation
  • Lead inbound forecasting processes in partnership with S&OP, Transportation, and Inventory teams
  • Own tactical DC space utilization and short- to mid-term actions that drive capacity planning and utilization management

Logistics PMO & Project Management

  • Lead the Logistics PMO for network and transportation initiatives
  • Own cross-functional project planning, timelines, risk management, and executive communication.
  • Drive disciplined execution of approved network strategies into operational go-lives

Sales Enablement & Transportation Programs

  • Lead execution of sales enablement programs including Drop Ship, Home Delivery, Specialized Delivery & Installation, and U.S. Direct Import solutions
  • Partner with Supply Chain Alignment, Sales, Distribution, and Transportation to deliver scalable customer solutions

IT Enablement & Systems Coordination

  • Act as primary liaison between Logistics/Network teams and IT Business Solution Managers for order allocation (and future Distributed Order Management Systems upgrades)
  • Facilitate logistics-related IT initiatives including TMS set up, SAP plant code creation, ship-point creation, deployment tools, and reporting enablement

People Leadership

  • Manage three (3) direct Analyst / Senior Analyst roles
  • Provide functional leadership to three (3) India Technology Center associates supporting deployment and reporting
  • Provide functional leadership to two (2) IT BSMs supporting program management work for Sales Enablement programs


Skills/Requirements

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics, network operations, or project management.

Preferred:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience with SAP, TMS, logistics analytics tools, and offshore teams.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
