What You'll Be Doing

As the Manager, Digital Presence & Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing digital and marketing programs for CIBC Wealth Management across all digital channels - owned, purchased, and earned. You'll focus on enhancing client and advisor experiences, driving transformation, and fostering digital marketing excellence through measurable outcomes. Collaborating with partners, vendors, and your digital team, you'll deliver programs that align with business and marketing strategies. You'll build strong relationships to ensure seamless execution and will continuously learn and grow as you lead evolving digital initiatives. Your work will support digital programs for both clients and advisors within CIBC Wealth Management, including CIBC Private Wealth and CIBC Global Asset Management.

How You'll Succeed

  • Digital Program & Platform Management – Manage multiple digital programs and platforms simultaneously, balancing priorities and client needs with available resources. Work closely with colleagues and internal groups to develop and enhance digital initiatives.
  • Relationship Management & Communication – Build and nurture strong relationships with senior management, peers, colleagues, and external partners to achieve strategic goals and foster collaboration.
  • Success Metrics & Measurement – Define and track digital key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives, ensuring program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Execution Excellence – Lead small to medium-sized digital programs, oversee and prioritize platform backlogs, and ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and accessibility standards.

Who You Are

  • You bring advanced digital expertise. You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, marketing principles, and strategy development, with proven experience in client journey mapping, SEO, SEM, GEO, analytics, and web/app development.
  • You have relevant experience. You bring at least 5 years of digital marketing experience; digital agency and investing or banking experience are considered assets.
