Role Purpose The Manager, Digital Learning & Engagement leads training, learning, and upskilling efforts for the OC (Optical Communications) Data & AI organization. This role ensures employees across OC have access to relevant AI, analytics, and digital learning opportunities based on their role, needs, and digital maturity.
The role also supports employee engagement, internal communications, adoption tracking, and the operating rhythm of the Data & AI organization to help build awareness and adoption of Data & AI capabilities across OC.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate digital learning programs across OC
- Align training offerings to employee roles, skill levels, and business needs
- Manage learning logistics, participation tracking, and reporting
- Monitor adoption trends and identify areas where additional enablement is needed
- Lead internal communications including updates, newsletters, and success stories
- Coordinate engagement events such as demo days, lunch-and-learns, and digital showcases
- Support domain coordination and steering team cadence, and quarterly reviews
Experiences/Education - Required - Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning, training, program coordination, communications, or operations in a technology, digital, or corporate environment
- Experience coordinating training or upskilling programs at scale
- Experience supporting communications, reporting, or executive-level operating rhythms
- Strong ability to coordinate learning programs and drive employee engagement in training and upskilling initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of audiences
- Strong organization, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills across multiple workstreams
Experiences/Education Desired - Experience in organizational learning environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional matrix organization
- Familiarity with multiple learning platforms and techniques
- Experience with management and internal communications
- Experience and passion working with data and AI tools
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $110,618.00 - $152,101.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
