Overview

Join Bausch + Lomb Consumer Marketing as we build the next generation of digital marketing capabilities across our portfolio of trusted consumer brands. In this highly collaborative role, you will help shape how content is created, optimized, personalized, and delivered across social media, eCommerce, CRM, retail media, and emerging social commerce channels.

As the Manager, Digital Content & Social Commerce, you will transform brand priorities into high-performing content and consumer experiences while helping scale AI-enabled content production, accelerate speed to market, and improve marketing effectiveness. Working closely with brand teams, agency partners, creators, Digital Commerce, Analytics, and the Marketing Hub, you will drive stronger consumer engagement, conversion, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Execute Marketing Hub strategies and activation priorities defined by the Senior Manager, Marketing Hub Lead, ensuring successful deployment across content, social commerce, creator, affiliate, CRM, and digital marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel content strategies across social media, eCommerce, retail media, CRM, content marketing, and other digital platforms to support key brand initiatives.
  • Own and maintain the enterprise digital content calendar across social media, eCommerce, CRM, retail media, social commerce, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment across brands, stakeholders, and campaigns.
  • Own planning and management of content workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and campaign execution processes to ensure alignment with brand, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Lead execution of social commerce programs, including TikTok Shop and emerging commerce platforms, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, influencer campaigns, and shoppable content experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, affiliate partners, and media teams to coordinate content development, campaign launches, optimization efforts, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with AI production teams to define asset requirements, content formats, testing variants, and production priorities that support rapid content development, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Help shape and scale AI-enabled content workflows through WPP Open and other emerging marketing technologies that increase content velocity, improve efficiency, and accelerate speed to market.
  • Support adoption of emerging marketing technologies and AI-enabled platforms by documenting best practices, sharing learnings, developing repeatable workflows, and helping teams scale successful approaches across the organization.
  • Own continuous optimization of digital content performance, leveraging testing, analytics, audience insights, and personalization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, customer acquisition, and business outcomes.
  • Identify compelling content opportunities and translate consumer insights into engaging digital experiences that strengthen brand relevance and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose, adapt, and personalize content across channels while improving efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across the content ecosystem.
  • Track key performance indicators and develop reporting that demonstrates the impact of content, social commerce, digital activation, and marketing technology investments while supporting executive-level performance updates and recommendations.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, eCommerce, CRM, marketing operations, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-channel content development and campaign execution across multiple digital platforms.
  • Experience managing content calendars, workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and cross-functional content operations.
  • Experience working with agencies, creators, influencers, affiliate partners, or other external marketing partners to execute integrated digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in evolving environments and help establish new processes, workflows, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Experience using testing, analytics, and performance insights to optimize content, campaigns, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across matrixed teams, agencies, creators, and business partners.
  • Specialized Training & Skills:
  • Working knowledge of content marketing, social media platforms, CRM, audience activation, digital campaign execution, personalization, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems, workflow tools, marketing technology platforms, AI-enabled marketing solutions, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with content optimization, A/B testing, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of creator marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, retail media, and eCommerce activation strategies.

Preferred:
  • Experience with social commerce, TikTok Shop, creator marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, retail media, or eCommerce content strategies.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled content creation, content operations, or digital marketing transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in consumer healthcare, OTC, beauty, wellness, consumer packaged goods, or other highly competitive consumer-focused industries.
  • Experience working with agencies, creators, affiliate partners, and cross-functional commercial organizations.


Work Environment
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.


For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $135,000.00 and $175,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
