To succeed as a Design and Creative Services Manager, you'll need these qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional graphic design, visual communications, or creative marketing experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, nonprofit, agency, or corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated experience creating digital, print, multimedia, animation, and HTML-based interactive content.
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, visual storytelling, user experience, and accessibility, best practices across multiple communication channels and media formats.

Your responsibilities as a Design and Creative Services Manager will include: - Lead the development and execution of a cohesive visual design strategy across the organization and its sub-brands, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all channels.
