Overview

The Delivery Services Team is seeking a Manager - Delivery Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful design, build, testing, and implementation of solutions aligned to client operating models and strategic priorities, with a strong focus on program management, project management, and delivery within Financial Services or ERP environments.

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end project delivery to meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate workstream leads to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to execute integrated project plans
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions to maintain alignment and engagement
  • Work with solution leads to support delivery aligned with business transformation goals
  • Lead specific delivery workstreams (design, data, integration, testing, etc.)
  • Plan and track workstream activities to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Track cross-workstream dependencies and escalate where required
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating through governance as appropriate
  • Support AI-enabled delivery approaches, including leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and insights


What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (asset)
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, or project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with the ability to execute project plans and manage deliverables
  • Experience supporting risk and issue management processes
  • Exposure to budgeting and resource tracking
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a structured delivery environment
  • Experience delivering programs or projects in Financial Services and/or ERP delivery environments
  • Exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices, including use of AI/automation tools in project execution


KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
