The Decision Science Product team partners with decision scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and user experience designers to build technology-enabled analytics products that shape business decisions and deliver measurable value. If selected for this role, you will report to the Director, Decision Science Products. This is a full-time role focused on launching and scaling new decision science products within an emerging products portfolio.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new decision science products—from discovery and ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous delivery.

  • Define product strategy and multi-release roadmaps; translate user and market insights into prioritized backlogs and clear outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX) to scope solutions, run experiments/prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases on time.

  • Convert complex analytical and technical concepts (forecasting, optimization, machine learning) into intuitive user experiences and actionable business capabilities.

  • Integrate user research, usability studies, and market analysis into requirements; champion user-centric design and measurable success criteria (OKRs/KPIs).

  • Establish and improve product development practices (agile ceremonies, backlog hygiene, release planning, and change management).

  • Guide solution testing and validation (unit, integration, UAT, and A/B testing) to ensure reliability, performance, and business impact.

  • Partner with client stakeholders as a strategic advisor; communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and results through compelling narratives and visuals.

  • Develop and mentor team members; foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that embraces learning and experimentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience including data science product management for technology-based data/analytics or software products, data science product management consulting, and/or novel data science and advanced analytics solution development.

  • 2 + years of experience leading cross-functional teams or agile squads in a matrixed environment.

  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements and analytical methods into customer-facing features and business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience with agile product development (e.g., backlog management, sprint planning, roadmap definition).

  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, data science/decision science, data engineering, and UX/design functions.

  • Ability to synthesize user research, usability testing, and market analysis to drive prioritization and product strategy.

  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with statistical/ML concepts, forecasting and/or optimization, and data visualization; ability to query and analyze data (e.g., SQL).

  • Active commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, parks & experiences, or related consumer domains.

  • Success launching enterprise-scale analytics or data products and integrating them into business processes.

  • Experience with agentic AI products, design patterns, and architecture

  • Background in revenue management, forecasting, or optimization applications.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Python or R and modern data platforms (e.g., cloud services, ML Ops).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experimentation platforms.

  • Consulting experience and/or product operations partnership to scale adoption and sustainment.

Education

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Mining, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
