- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across data science, data engineering, and reporting/BI; run agile cadences and hold the team accountable for high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Direct the data science effort to advance crop protection demand forecasting, segmentation, and scenario simulations, improving accuracy and the business value delivered.
- Reporting & Business Intelligence: Own the reporting and Power BI portfolio, delivering trusted dashboards and self-service analytics and maintaining the authoritative source for commercial reporting.
- Data Engineering & Platform: Direct the engineering effort to build and maintain reliable, production-grade pipelines and governed data sets through modern DataOps practices.
- Separation & Continuity: Help execute the data and platform separation, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of forecasting, dashboards, and insights through the transition.
