Job OverviewThe Manager, Data Enablement collaborates with internal teams and external partners to lead enterprise customer profitability data products across CCCI and the bottler system. This role drives the creation and enhancement of self-service analytics capabilities that empower users with accessible, actionable insights. The role defines product roadmaps, ensures alignment to enterprise standards and governance practices, and partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Through training, engagement, and performance monitoring, the role drives adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities- Lead the enterprise customer profitability data products across CCCI and bottler system
- Define and manage roadmaps, features, and priorities for customer profitability data products and self-service analytics capabilities
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, metric definitions, data models, and governance practices
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable data solutions
- Drive adoption, usage, and business impact through self-service analytics, training, and engagement
- Monitor and report on KPIs to demonstrate value and support optimization
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (4 years)
- 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
