  • Serving as a client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools, marketing measurement, and experimentation design

  • Building and owning end-to-end measurement frameworks that connect brand and performance outcomes across media, social, CRM, and eCommerce

  • Applying statistical methods such as regression and forecasting to inform business decisions, and translating outputs into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Understanding tagging, tracking, and cross-platform data integration to support measurement across paid media, social, CRM, site analytics, and commerce environments

  • Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, and partnerships, including AI-enabled approaches that improve insight generation and reporting workflows

  • Fostering creative thinking around how data can solve unique business challenges across all marketing activities, including Media, Creative, CRM, social, and eCommerce

Qualifications

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company

  • Experience managing and developing a team, including coaching analysts, managing performance, and maintaining quality and consistency of outputs

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability to connect insights to business decisions and measurable impact

  • Experience with applied statistical methods and modern analytical techniques, including regression, forecasting, classification models, and supervised or unsupervised learning

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
