As the Sr. Growth Analytics Analyst II at Shutterfly, you'll join a dynamic team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation. In this role, you'll both lead a team and contribute directly to key analytics projects. You will work closely with partners across Marketing, Personalization, E-commerce, Marketing Technology, Category Business Management, and other cross-functional groups, helping to identify and track the metrics that drive profitability and growth. Your insights will guide stakeholders as they build a world-class, data-driven organization.
What you will do:
• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams, serving as the go-to expert for analytics and data processes.
• Lead and promote a test and learn culture across CRM and personalization channels, including the design and analysis of A/B tests to support data-driven optimizations.
• Design effective measurement strategies and integrate data from multiple sources to answer complex business questions.
• Retrieve, analyze, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain expertise in relevant data sets; proactively identify critical data to capture for business needs.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for business initiatives, build reports and dashboards, and work with the Business Intelligence team to ensure reporting meets stakeholder needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
• Form strong relationships across the organization to support the successful adoption of data-driven strategies.
The Skills You'll Bring:
• Highly skilled at writing and optimizing SQL queries to analyze large data sets in a cloud database environment
• Excellent data storyteller adept at summarizing complex data analysis into easy-to-understand visuals and presentations up to an executive level
• A self-sufficient problem solver with the ability to think critically, understand stakeholders needs, and develop analytics frameworks to answer often ambiguous business questions
• Excel power user and experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI while following data visualization best practices
• A self-starter who takes ownership of their domain and establishes processes to organize requests into a manageable workflow
• Great communicator who sets clear expectations and anticipates questions and concerns in advance\
• Working knowledge of key analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation, digital/web/app analytics, cohort analysis, attribution, etc.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in quantitative field and 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Connecticut and New York: [$106,000-$138,250]
Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$106,000-$128,000]
Nevada: [$99,750-$138,250]
Maryland and New Jersey: [$114,500-$138,250]
Hawaii : [99,750 - $120,250]
