About the RoleYou will play an integral role in shaping our Dasher strategy at DoorDash. Your primary goal will be to improve Dasher retention and engagement by identifying key pain points, getting deep into how the system operates on the ground, and translating those insights into high-impact bets that improve the Dasher experience. You'll define what a great Dasher experience looks like in practice, build the programs and partnerships that support it, and develop the tools and feedback loops needed to measure Dasher sentiment and ensure the Dasher voice is represented in key decisions across the organization. You'll scale impact through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Success in this role means building a stronger, more engaged Dasher ecosystem that improves marketplace reliability and creates long-term value across DoorDash's audiences.
