HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE

As a key member of the Internal Communications team, you will help shape and strengthen Campbell's culture by creating compelling communications that drive employee engagement, support organizational change, and reinforce our purpose, values, and business priorities. You will translate complex business and people-related topics into clear, actionable messages that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what it means for them. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, creativity, and sound judgment, you will help employees perform with excellence while navigating change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Communications

  • Support enterprise-wide culture and employee engagement initiatives, including talent management, learning and development, employee listening, employee experience, compensation and benefits programs, recognition programs, and change readiness activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to plan, develop, and execute communications that support strategic business priorities and employee needs.
  • Create engaging content across multiple formats, including:
    • Intranet articles
    • Newsletters
    • Leader communications
    • Talking points
    • FAQs
    • Video scripts
    • Presentations
    • Employee toolkits
  • Ensure communications remain consistent, cohesive, and aligned across audiences, channels, and employee experiences.
  • Leverage employee feedback, analytics, and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Communication Technology & Channels

  • Manage communication distribution and execution across multiple channels, including email, SharePoint, Engage, digital signage, webinars, video, and presentations.
  • Support governance, content strategy, and day-to-day administration of internal communication platforms.
  • Utilize creative tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve communication quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Identify innovative tools, formats, and communication approaches that enhance storytelling, awareness, and organizational change adoption.

Leadership & Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to project teams, helping develop communication and engagement strategies from planning through execution.
  • Champion best practices in internal communications, employee engagement, culture activation, and change management.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, clear, and connected to organizational objectives.
  • Independently manage projects while balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.

You will collaborate across functions to develop integrated communication strategies that strengthen culture, improve employee engagement, and support transformational business initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change management, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
  • Experience supporting change communications, employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and/or complex business transformation efforts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and translate strategy into clear, compelling communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience managing enterprise communication channels and platforms, including SharePoint and Engage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled communication and content creation tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of communication measurement, employee listening strategies, and engagement analytics.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$107,500-$147,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
