Role: Manager- CRM

Brand: NYX Cosmetics

Location: El Segundo, CA

What You'll Do

Lead, drive, and execute NYX Professional Makeup's CRM lifecycle strategy across direct messaging, the NYX Access loyalty program, data acquisition, promotional planning, cross-functional campaigns, and media integration

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Message Marketing: Manage email and launch/manage SMS messaging, execute A/B tests and optimize segmentation.
  • Loyalty Program (NYX Access):Drive the Access loyalty program, design exclusive perks/events, develop member-only campaigns, and oversee day-to-day platform support.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the NYX US marketing team, including category marketing and social media, to support major product launches and re-support campaigns.
  • Acquisition & Media Integration: Drive 1st-party data collection (on-site and retail); partner with paid media teams to integrate CRM data for custom audience targeting.
  • Promotion Strategy: Collaborate with commercial teams to build and execute the promotional calendar.
  • Agency Management: Manage external agency partners to drive campaign efficiency and execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with L'Oreal's DMI(Digital Marketing International)teams to adapt global strategies locally, collaborate with CDMO(Chief Digital & Marketing Office)on central tooling and data architectures, and implement CRM best practices across teams.
  • Consumer Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer growth, lifetime value, basket analysis, and loyalty trends using L'Oréal's 1st-party database and Tableau/Google Analytics.


Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree 3-7years' experience managing CRM/Email/Loyalty programs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other ESPs, and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • AI fluency to drive operational support and efficiency for CRM initiatives;
  • Strong communication and project management skills


Preferred: E-commerce/digital marketing experience; strong cross-functional collaboration skills; passion for the Beauty/CPG industry.

Salary Range: 92-128k Base + Bonus
