Position Overview

The Manager, Creative Operations is a dynamic, production savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling campaigns for NBCU's single title original and/or film content.This position requires excellent production management skills across campaign planning, video, print, digital and events, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

This position will report to the Director, Creative Ops and will be a key stakeholder to the creative, brand, social, and media teams within the Peacock Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading the full campaign process of all promotional assets, from strategy, production, through to delivery and execution with autonomy
  • Support larger scale campaigns by collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors
  • Owns the operational organization and upkeep of campaign systems (Slack Canvases, Campaign Asset Guides, SharePoint, Frame.io, Airtable, etc.).
  • Support the internal creative team by developing campaign timelines, project deliverables, scope, and resources.
  • Serve as key campaign contact for cross functional partners by facilitating alignment, risk spotting, and identify solutions that contribute to the success of the campaign for all stakeholders.
  • Own all required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
  • Manage budget tracking and invoicing for accurate financial reporting
  • Route creative for clearances, including stock elements, music, and legal, ensuring all assets meet compliance and usage requirements.
  • Responsible for securing appropriate vendor documentation, such as NDAs and SOWs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and escalate/troubleshoot pain points.
  • Owns and/or participates in department-wide initiatives that align with their expertise (i.e. versioning)
  • Have an expertise on the versioning and media delivery workflow to be able to train other team members


Qualifications

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience leading production centric projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
  • Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations

Additional Requirements:
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
