DescriptionSummary:
The Manager Core Banking Applications leads the development and support of the core banking applications and its integrations with internal and external systems, executes enterprise IT development projects involving the core system, and handles the effective operation of the core system and its ancillary systems to meet ongoing business needs.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Minimum five years relevant experience required
- Fiserv DNA product and Automic Batch Scheduler system experience required
- Proficiency in Oracle Relational Database Management System preferred
- Database queries experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred
- Experience using a scripting language (i.e. python) preferred
- Experience in collaborating with multiple business teams and Core banking vendors for requirement gathering, design, build, test, implementation and status reporting for enterprise projects required
- Experience in production application support, handling internal service requests, incidents and external case submission and follow-up of all issues required

Job Responsibilities:
- Build member-centric development approach to track business needs
- Manage day-to-day operations of Core Banking applications
- Manage the development, design and execution of Core Banking IT projects
- Develop and oversee process to facilitate requirement gathering, design, build, test, implementation and platform support
- Manage internal service requests, incidents and external case submission and follow-up on issues
- Coordinate with business partners and vendors to establish SLAs and assess the quality of the deliverables from vendors
- Hold vendors to high quality to ensure core system interests are protected
- Define and deliver high-quality Core Banking projects within budget and schedule
- Document and define the requirements to create and maintain a backlog of improvements and enhancements based on input from business leaders and SMEs
- Responsible for weekly status reports on various initiatives and monthly platform metrics
- Perform all duties inherent in the role of manager

The good faith range for this position is $107,000 - $133,750 per year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
