DescriptionSummary:
The Membership and Community Affairs Program Manager supports the Senior leader and department leaders by coordinating department-wide programs, projects, reporting, systems, and operational processes that advance membership development, community affairs, government affairs, events, and engagement objectives. The Program Manager provides project management discipline, data and CRM support, documentation, budget and expense tracking, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure initiatives are executed consistently, on time, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required.
- Minimum five years relevant professional experience in program management, business operations, project management, community relations, membership engagement, or related experience required
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships required
- Experience with CRM systems, data management, and reporting platforms required; Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences required
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate department-wide project plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, and follow-up items for membership development, community affairs, government affairs, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Support department leaders and functional managers by tracking deliverables, identifying open issues, escalating risks or decisions needed, and helping keep initiatives on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain departmental reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance materials related to membership, partnerships, events, community impact, and engagement.
- Administer project management and CRM-related processes, including task tracking, workflow consistency, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and visibility across initiatives.
- Compile and analyze membership, engagement, event participation, partnership, industry, and outreach data to support planning, performance measurement, and leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, due diligence materials, sponsorship documentation, budgets, expenses, invoices, and related records to support timely review, approval, compliance, and reporting.
- Draft, edit, organize, and distribute internal and external communications, reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials, and stakeholder updates.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance operational consistency, efficiency, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

The good faith range for this position is $87,278 - $101,133 per year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
