As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth project operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Review and understand Battery Energy Storage system sales contracts and supply agreements.
- Check and manage supplier contracts to identify gaps or risks.
- Oversee the contract management system and document control.
- Handle contract changes and amendments efficiently.
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure contract compliance.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management or legal management in the BESS industry.
- Minimum of 7 years in contract, paralegal, legal research, legal drafting, or commercial negotiation.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law and ability to analyze contractual provisions.
- General knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or JD is a plus.
- Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) is a plus.
