Job Description

Redzone is seeking a strategic, video-forward content leader to scale our digital presence and drive discoverability across organic and owned channels. As Manager, Content & Video Strategy, you will shape how Redzone shows up across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X - transforming existing content into platform-native formats that build audience, generate pipeline, and fuel both SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

You are the content strategist who knows what works on each channel, how to adapt assets for maximum reach, and how to build a content engine that compounds over time. You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Digital to ensure every piece of content is working as hard as possible across the funnel.

This position is Full-Time, Exempt, Remote-based in the United States, and requires up to 10% travel. Visa Sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Own

Content & Channel Strategy: Define the content mix and publishing cadence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X. Translate existing assets - webinars, customer stories, product demos, blog posts - into platform-optimized formats that drive engagement and reach.

Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day strategy, creation, and execution across all organic social channels to cultivate a highly active online presence. You will craft compelling, platform-specific content designed to rapidly accelerate follower growth, spark meaningful conversations, and foster a tightly knit community.

Video Strategy & Production Oversight: Lead Redzone's video content strategy with a strong point of view on format, storytelling, and platform performance. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure video is a first-class format in our content mix. Own YouTube channel growth including SEO, thumbnails, playlists, and watch time optimization.

ABM Content Support: Develop targeted content and channel strategies that support account-based marketing motions. Understand how to tailor messaging and format for specific segments, verticals, and accounts.

Media Sponsorships: Support evaluation and execution of media sponsorships and editorial partnerships. Work with Paid Media to develop content strategies that maximize Redzone's presence and ROI within sponsored placements.

Event Content Amplification: Extend the reach of major events (Pack Expo, Champions of Manufacturing) through pre-, during-, and post-event content programs across owned and social channels.

AI-Native Workflows: Leverage AI tools to scale content adaptation, channel optimization, and performance reporting - enabling the team to do more with less.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B content strategy, digital marketing, or social media - ideally in SaaS or industrial tech.
  • Demonstrated expertise in video strategy and channel growth, including YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of organic social platform dynamics across LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
  • Experience supporting ABM programs with targeted content and channel strategies.
  • Strong editorial judgment - you know what resonates with manufacturing and operations audiences.
  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools for content workflows.
  • Strong analytical foundation- you use channel performance data, search trends, and audience insights to shape content strategy.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Figma and Canva
  • Experience with video editing tools to trim, modify, and refine short-form content
  • Self-starter who thrives in a lean environment and can move from strategy to execution quickly.

Compensation Package:
  • Base pay range: $120,000 - $130,000 USD Annual (12 Months)
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
