What We're Looking For

Are you a visual storyteller who lives for trends, understands platform behavior and creates content people actually stop to watch? SOTI is hiring a Manager, Content Strategy to elevate our brand across social and digital channels, with a strong focus on video, written and visual storytelling.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead SOTI's Content and Social Media Team, shaping content strategy, producing standout visual assets and managing a forward-looking content calendar. You'll partner with Creative Production, PR, People & Culture and Demand Generation teams to ensure all content aligns with brand goals and performs across channels.

We're looking for someone who blends creative vision with operational precision, and who knows how to lead and develop high-performing teams. You understand what wins on owned channels and can guide creators to produce sharp copy and compelling visuals. You excel at coaching content creators, providing clear direction, constructive feedback and support to help them grow. Confident in your judgment, you're comfortable making decisions, prioritizing work and guiding your team toward high-impact output. You use data and performance insights to inform strategy, optimize campaigns and refine content, ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable outcomes. We are seeking a Manager, Content Strategy to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven professional who can craft compelling content strategies that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.

What you'll do:
  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
    • Identify content opportunities across the buyer's journey, focusing on top-of-funnel awareness, lead generation and current customer, and partner focused content.


  • Content Creation & Oversight
    • Manage and produce high-quality content including: video concepts and scripts, top-of-the-funnel blogs, product-focused content, partner and customer content, web and email content and social media posts.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand voice and messaging guidelines.
    • Champion responsible use of AI-powered tools and workflows to scale content creation, enhance performance insights and enable the team to produce high-impact, on-brand content more efficiently.


  • Video & YouTube Expertise
    • Lead the creation of engaging video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
    • Develop video strategies that increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact video content.


  • Performance & Optimization
    • Monitor content performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, subscribers and lead conversions.
    • Continuously optimize content based on data insights and industry trends.


  • Leadership
    • Coach and develop content creators, giving actionable feedback, fostering growth, and elevating the team's creative output.
    • Build structure within a creative environment, establishing workflows, timelines and standards that keep projects moving and maintain quality.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and creative production teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy or digital marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT trends. Experience in SaaS based company or within the EMM/MDM technology space.
  • Proven experience creating content that drives leads and supports demand generation.
  • Expertise in video content creation and YouTube channel management.
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-growth, high-performing content teams in a fast-moving environment.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.

New Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $112,000 to $140,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
