• Build trusted relationships across Corporate Functions, Compliance, first-line teams, Internal Audit, operations, and control groups to support coordinated assurance across the three lines of defence.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver multiple complex reviews within established timelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear, concise insights to stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to constructively challenge, influence decisions, and resolve issues with diverse partners.

• A results-oriented, data-informed mindset and an interest in improving processes through innovation and technology.

• Knowledge of Corporate Functions and related regulatory compliance requirements is an asset.

• English is required; Spanish language capability is an asset.
