Full Job Description
Requisition ID: 265935 The Manager, Commercialization & Operations supports centralized operations across Digital, Data and Analytics. The role focuses primarily on risk governance, spend tracking, and productivity initiatives, with targeted support for commercialization activities. The manager plays a key role in ensuring consistent, structured execution across teams. Accountabilities Risk Governance Support • Support execution of governance frameworks across risk, audit and compliance • Track issues, audits and remediation activities • Maintain documentation and evidence for audit readiness • Support vendor risk tracking and compliance alignment Digital Spend Tracking and Analysis • Track budgets, forecasts and actual spend • Maintain visibility into vendor and contract spend • Identify cost efficiency opportunities • Support financial reporting and analysis Productivity and Workflow Optimization • Execute workflow improvements to reduce friction • Support process simplification initiatives • Assist in implementation of automation opportunities • Track and report productivity metrics Operating Model Execution • Support execution and improvement of the operating model • Maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting tools • Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting • Surface operational insights to leadership Commercialization Support • Support coordination of commercialization activities • Gather and organize cross functional inputs • Assist in preparation of updates and reporting • Support improvement of commercialization processes Requirements • 5 to 8 years' experience in operations, commercialization or related roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with process improvement and financial tracking • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills What's in it for you? • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Allyship - We strive to create an inclusive culture where every employee is empowered to reach their fullest potential, respected for who they are, and are embraced through bias-free practices and inclusive values across Scotiabank.
