Job Description:The OpportunityWe're looking for a Manager to join our Commerce team with a focus on programmatic retail media, anchored in Amazon DSP. This person will own day-to-day DSP strategy and performance for a portfolio of clients, lead and develop a small team of specialists, and help grow client partnerships through strong results and proactive recommendations. The role requires hands-on Amazon DSP experience across the full funnel, plus emerging people leadership skills and confidence working directly with clients.
Reporting to a Director, this role works closely with retail search, retail operations and other media teams so programmatic investment drives total business results. We need someone self-motivated, collaborative and results-oriented who enjoys being close to the work while helping others grow.
What You Will Do- Own Amazon DSP strategy and execution for your client portfolio, including full-funnel campaign setup, audience strategy, inventory selection, creative formats, frequency management, budget pacing and ongoing optimization.
- Plan and activate across Amazon's owned and operated inventory (Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch, Amazon.com) and third-party supply, including streaming TV and online video.
- Use Amazon Marketing Cloud and other measurement tools to build audiences, analyze path to conversion, and show how upper-funnel spend drives downstream sales and new-to-brand customers.
- Coordinate with Sponsored Ads and retail teams so DSP works alongside search, content and promotions.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients. Lead regular performance reviews, explain results clearly, and bring proactive recommendations.
- Deliver against client KPIs (ROAS, new-to-brand, reach, detail page view rate, brand lift). Spot performance issues early and resolve them.
- Identify growth opportunities within your accounts, such as streaming TV, new audience strategies or AMC-driven tactics, and bring them to your Director with a clear business case.
- Manage, coach and develop a small team of specialists. Set priorities, review work, and support their technical and professional growth.
- Run tests and contribute to the team's best practices, AMC query library and automation.
- Stay current on programmatic and Amazon platform changes and share learnings with your team.
- Support new business and client presentations as needed.
- Travel occasionally based on client needs.
Who You Are- 4+ years of digital media or eCommerce experience, with at least 2 to 3 years hands-on in programmatic, including direct Amazon DSP campaign management.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP, including campaign setup and optimization, audience building, inventory decisions and video or streaming TV formats.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud. SQL skills are a strong asset.
- An understanding of how DSP and Sponsored Ads work together to drive total sales on Amazon.
- Experience with other DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360) or retailer programmatic offerings is an asset.
- Experience managing or mentoring others, whether through direct reports or formal team lead responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Confident communicator who can present to clients and handle tough conversations.
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Results-driven with a strong client focus.
- Proactive, curious and quick to adapt as platforms change.
$75,000-$110,000 USD
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
