The Manager, Collections Analytics & MIS supports the Canada Collections Risk team within Global Risk Management by leading the day-to-day delivery of high-quality analytics, management information, and reporting that enable effective oversight of collections performance, credit risk, and portfolio outcomes.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Responsible for producing data-driven analyses, dashboards, and reporting across all stages of collections, supporting oversight of delinquency, recoveries, and credit losses.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio performance reporting, including early warning triggers and risk indicators, to monitor emerging trends and support proactive risk management.
  • Conduct analysis to understand customer behaviour, portfolio dynamics, and recovery performance; generating insights with clear implications for strategy and execution.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics adhere to Global Collections Policy, risk standards, and governance expectations, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured management reporting for senior leaders and risk committees, supporting the Director in delivering executive-level insights and storytelling on portfolio trends.
  • Partner closely with the Director to translate analytical outputs into decision-relevant insights, reducing data noise and highlighting key risks, drivers, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Collections Operations, Risk Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure analytics are aligned with business needs and risk priorities.
  • Support the Director in cross-functional initiatives and projects as a subject-matter expert in collections risk across retail and small business banking, contributing analytical expertise and execution leadership.
  • Assist with audit, regulatory, and internal governance requests by providing timely, accurate analysis and clear explanations of methodologies and results.
  • Ensure analytics outputs appropriately capture and quantify credit risks across People, Process, Data, Technology, and Strategy dimensions within Collections.
