Job Description

The Manager, Specialty Clinic Office manages the office supervisors over non-clinical functions of the clinic (i.e. reception/registration, phones, appointments, and referrals/prior authorizations or medical records). Manages the business operations and activities of the Clinic. Ensures that all non-clinical services within the clinic are provided in a timely and accurate manner which is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience or 5 years' experience working as a supervisor in a large clinic setting.
  • EMR experience.
