OverviewThe
Manager, Client Management is responsible for the successful activation of campaigns for a diverse portfolio of Influential's clients. The Manager plays an important role in activating Influential's ways of working to support successful influencer marketing campaigns. Success in this role requires clear understanding of Influential's process for campaign activation, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and client service excellence.
ResponsibilitiesClient & Agency Management- Partner with director manager on day-to-day client and agency communications for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships
- Maintain strong knowledge of assigned agencies and clients
- Support collection of campaign data and content for to client reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations
Execution & Operational Excellence- Oversee campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed flawlessly, on time, and aligned with client objectives
- Oversee Specialists in managing campaign timeline with precision, using appropriate tools and resources such as Monday.com, etc.
- Partner with Influential team members including strategy & analytics, performance media, creator, creative and other capabilities necessary for each campaign
- Implement Influential client management processes, tools, and ways of working
- Oversee Specialist in coordinating monthly billing reconciliation
Growth & Collaboration- Be a critical listener in client and agency team meetings to help Identify incremental opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to inputs needed for Commercial Operations to support profitability tracking and financial health of assigned accounts
Performance & Client Success- Manage campaign performance with limited creator challenges throughout the process
- Support the day-to-day management of Specialist in campaign execution
- Deliver client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality outputs, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
Team Leadership & Development- Look for opportunities to lead and mentor Client Management junior team members
- Deliver professional client correspondence, meeting composure, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Attend Client Management Department meetings and cross-functional collaboration forums
- Exemplify professional appearance and presence including on camera in all meetings internal and external
Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems
- Proven experience supporting management of client accounts
- Foundational understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, resilience, and professionalism

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
