About this role:

The Manager, Change Management, will play a pivotal role in driving change management and enablement activities for critical Sales Technology initiatives at Gartner. This role is focused on translating Sales Technology enhancements into clear, actionable guidance that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption across the Sales organization.

This individual will support the successful adoption of Gartner's core Sales Technology and AI tools across the Sales team. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, effective verbal and written communication, and a thoughtful approach to measuring impact.

What you'll do:
  • Build and maintain engaging collateral that supplements Gartner's monthly Sales Technology releases to clearly convey key messages and drive adoption.
  • Lead enablement for third-party prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Sales loft.
  • Communicate key updates or changes that resonate with Sales reps and senior leadership, tailoring messaging by audience as needed.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives by partnering closely with Product Owners (POs) and vendors to measure success.
  • Contribute to enhanced tool adoption by developing targeted content, leading small-scale trainings, and partnering to build in-app guidance where possible.
  • Facilitate Sales Technology training sessions that drive desired seller outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate across multiple cross-functional business teams to ensure stakeholders understand all current and upcoming change impacts.


What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Communications, Sales, or Sales Technology roles with demonstrated success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences-from front-line Sales reps to senior leadership-is necessary for success in this role.
  • Comfortable facilitating an engaging discussion or training session to audiences of any seniority, including senior Sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master new technologies, including emerging AI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a working knowledge of third-party prospecting tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using and manipulating data or trends to gauge an initiative's success.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filtering, and basic formulas), PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving Sales Technology environment.
  • Self-starter with a team mindset; highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively to ultimately build exceptional relationships across the business.
  • Creativity in manipulating AI to drive value within your workflow is a plus.
