Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Manager, Business Intelligence to build and scale our GTM analytics function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
This role is ideal for a leader who can combine strong business acumen, modern analytics practices, and scalable operating models to help the organization make faster, more informed decisions. You will be responsible for building a trusted analytics function that moves beyond ad hoc reporting toward proactive, standardized, and decision-oriented insights.
What You'll Be Doing
• Build & Scale the GTM Analytics Function
Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function that supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. Develop scalable processes, operating models, and prioritization frameworks to support business growth.
• Define Executive Metrics & Business Health Reporting
Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance. Ensure consistent definitions and trusted reporting across the organization.
• Develop a Scalable Analytics Operating Model
Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce dependency on ad hoc analysis and create sustainable self-service capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align analytics investments to business impact.
• Dashboard & Insight Strategy
Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in Tableau and other BI platforms. Ensure reporting is actionable, executive-ready, and aligned to organizational decision-making needs.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders to identify opportunities, measure performance, and improve business outcomes through data.
• Data Governance & Metric Standardization
Drive adoption of centralized metric definitions, semantic layers, and data governance standards to improve trust, consistency, and scalability across reporting and analytics workflows.
• Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence
Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, customer retention analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives by developing scalable reporting and analytical frameworks.
• Team Leadership & Enablement
Mentor and support analysts while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and business partnership. Help elevate analytics maturity across the organization through enablement and best practices.
• Analytics Modernization & AI Enablement
Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled analytics tools and automation to improve efficiency and accelerate insight generation, while ensuring outputs remain governed and trusted.
What You'll Bring to the Team
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives
• 2+ years of experience with people leadership
• Strong experience supporting Go-to-Market organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations)
• Deep expertise in SQL and BI platforms
• Strong understanding of data modelling, semantic layers, and modern data warehousing concepts
• Experience building scalable reporting and analytics operating models
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions
• Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution in fast-paced environments
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience supporting SaaS metrics and recurring revenue business models
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
• Exposure to forecasting, pipeline analytics, customer health scoring, or revenue intelligence
• Experience implementing metric governance and centralized reporting standards
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics workflows or Insights Agents
• Strategic thinker who can connect analytics investments to business outcomes
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and operational planning capabilities
Where You'll Work
• While this is a remote-first role within ON or BC, we are prioritizing candidates who reside in and around the Greater Toronto Area, and can access our co-working space in Downtown Toronto for occasional Team get-togethers.

• Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in C🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), GB London, and I🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
• The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
• We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
• You'll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we're just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 497 during the workday
