Full Job Description
Summary:

The
Mgr Business Development position is responsible for simultaneously managing
multiple teams and projects related to business development across the entity.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating all activities related to the onboarding of new practices, including site visits, training, and due diligence. Additionally, responsible for coordinating all items related to practice closures, consolidations, and relocations.
2. Lead complex project initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously. and adhere to all project related timelines and deadlines.
3. Serve as a project manager and liaison for internal departments including (but not limited to) Affiliate Accounting, Coding and Compliance, Credentialing , Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Legal, Operations, Quality, Population Health and Real Estate.
4. Prepare basic to moderately complex business plans, pro formas, practice assessments and presentations to inform and support leadership's decision making related to strategic initiatives.
