Job Description

As Business Banking continues to scale, the Manager, Business Banking Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, strengthen sales enablement, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. This role partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and external agencies to deliver sales content, enable frontline teams, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive acquisition of Business Banking products through multi-channel treatments and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email outreach, drive to site, and targeted communications that support business growth.
  • Partner with Banking Product teams to develop marketing collateral, training materials, talk tracks, and customer-facing resources that improve sales readiness and customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Compliance, Analytics, and Marketing partners to successfully launch new product and product enhancements.
  • Manage agency relationship and oversee execution, ensuring timelines, creative development, data integrity, and operational excellence across vendors.
  • Establish and monitor performance and insights to identify optimization opportunities, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges while driving alignment and resolution across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion scalable marketing processes and best practices that improve execution, governance, and collaboration across Business Banking initiatives.
  • Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and business insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, action-oriented narratives.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business results.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging campaign performance and customer data to drive decision making and continuous optimization.
  • Experience managing agency partners and external vendors while ensuring operational excellence and governance.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of GCS products, Business Banking solutions, and the US SME customer landscape is preferred.
