Job Title Manager, Brand Activation - Garnier, Thayers, and Dr. G

Division: Consumer Products Division

Location: New York, NY

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Brand Activation Lead to develop brand GTM strategy & national activation calendar
  • Develop brand activation plans including promo, display, retail media, etc.
  • Develop brand elements of GTM kits and lead innovation day presentations
  • Evaluate in-year brand performance and provide recommendations to category leaders and commercial leads to manage sell-out across customers
  • Serve as primary voice of the brand for business development team and key account teams
  • Represent voice of the customer across brand-driven conversations
  • Analyze sales data, identify key trends and opportunities, and develop account-specific strategies to optimize sell-out and market share growth


Provide Input to:

  • Customer marketing - Brand activation ensures that all customer activations are aligned to brand visions and priorities
  • Merch ops - Brand activation ensures brand visions are captured in wall strategy

  • Creative Teams - Work with creative teams to ensure proper brand imagery on display and other customer facing vehicles.
  • Consumer Promotions - Work with consumer promo team on promotional strategies and recaps.
