Brand Manager, Origins - GlobalWe are looking for a brand builder who is passionate about supporting the growth of Origins.
Reporting into the Director of Brand and Communications, this individual will focus on
managing a variety of brand initiatives including global campaigns, product launch
moments, and 365 content strategy. You will be a key contributor to the Origins brand story, commercially and creatively.
PAY RANGEThe anticipated base salary for this position is $92,000 to $105,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE- Own and execute brand marketing plans that drive awareness, equity, and long-term brand love.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development - from conceptualizing to briefing, to workback creation and execution.
- Help refine the consumer profile and consumer archetypes for Origins
- Partner closely with Creative, Social Media, Digital Brand, and Digital Marketing to create cohesive and immersive brand storytelling across all key touchpoints
- Drive brand PR and communications strategy and activities, together with the Brand Director and the support of a Global agency.
- Support the creation of an overall content strategy & calendar for Origins
- In partnership with Copywriting, build messaging frameworks to support launches and consistent brand storytelling
- Manage the execution of in-person events or any comms activations in partnership with the agency
- Lead reporting and analysis of campaigns and initiatives - ensuring the team has key learnings to inform future strategy
- Manage the global brand calendar across digital, retail, and partnership channels
- Support the identification of culturally relevant collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Act as a guardian in ensuring consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and brand positioning globally
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- 4-7 years in brand strategy, publishing, or cultural marketing
- Strong editorial instinct and storytelling ability
- Experience working with creative collaborators or cultural institutions
- Deep appreciation for craft, sustainability, and slow luxury
- Comfort operating in a small, multidisciplinary team
- Proven delivery of successfully integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write a strategic creative brief from a blank page.
- Confident public speaker and presenter of ideas in both large and small, casual and formal settings.
- Strong project management ability, including timeline tracking, stakeholder engagement, and complex problem-solving.
