Job Description:

The Manager, People Experience is responsible for supporting the processes related to the end-to-end Associate experience so that the Mars Global Snacking culture is translated into how work is lived every day. The role executes initiatives that impact how Associates feel, belong, and perform, ensuring culture across the regions, engagement, inclusion, and performance practices reinforce business results.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders (Inclusion and Diversity leaders), associates, and interest groups (such as Associate Resource Groups) to build trust, enable collaboration and efficiencies, and sustain a strong, culture led by our values and behaviors, rooted in The Five Principles.

This role is accountable for supporting global Associate Resources Groups (ARGS) strategy and implementation, including unification efforts and related project-tasks. The role will also support certain initiatives related to onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the regions and global I&D community on supporting the I&D strategy, ensuring its deep integration into the MARS Snacking Associate experience
  • Oversee some ARG unification efforts, ensuring that ARGS across Global Snacking are integrated smoothly and in accordance with MARS culture
  • Support the execution of the onboarding strategy, ensuring a deep sense of belonging among associates that reinforces the culture, values, and behaviors at MARS.
  • Seek and provide best practices related to I&D ARGs, help determine what's scalable, inclusive and aligned across functions. Look for efficiencies where needed.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of MARS principles and passion for MARS culture
  • Comfortable with verbal communication/public speaking in front of groups
  • Experience partnering across regions or with global partners preferred
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think holistically/enterprise-wide when exploring solutions
  • ARG experience either as a member or participant

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
