You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of our AI products and will be responsible for programs that leverage agentic AI technologies across different departments within CA P&BB.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who specializes in forward-thinking and creative solutioning. You have practical experience with agentic AI & automation, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough knowledge of business processes. You are skilled in leading requirement workshops, process design sessions, feature elaboration discussions and communicating with engineers and developers. • Roadmap Development: Own and manage the product backlog, translating ambiguous needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Apply structured thinking to prioritize use cases, assess feasibility, and recommend pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
  • Discovery & Analysis: Lead end-to-end discovery: elicit, analyze, and decompose complex business problems into structured requirements and solution components. Perform detailed process analysis and identify optimization opportunities enabled by data, AI, and automation.
  • Delivery Lifecycle Management: Contribute to prompt design, workflow configuration, and solution shaping to accelerate delivery and validate concepts early. Collaborate with technical teams to transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI initiatives. Partner closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, remove blockers, and ensure outcomes align with intent and value.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex AI concepts into understandable insights and updates.
  • Design and model new processes, incorporating technology solutions to support business objectives and improve user experience.
  • Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Minimal 5 years experience in process efficiencies, with a significant focus on AI-driven products. Experience with agentic AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automation, agentic AI, GenAI and machine learning concepts and technologies. Familiarity with the development, deployment, and scaling of AI products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Expertise in Software Product Management disciplines such as building roadmaps, systems operations, and regular maintenance cycle management.
  • Practical experience with automation, agentic AI, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough knowledge of business processes.
  • Skilled in leading requirement workshops, process design sessions, feature elaboration discussions, and communicating with engineers and developers.

Qualifications:
