What you will be doing:

As the Manager, AI & Data Science, you will support the advancement of Tangerine's predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive analytics capabilities by partnering closely with business, product, digital, CRM, and technology teams. This role will focus on delivering scalable analytics solutions, improving customer targeting and decisioning strategies, and supporting the development of production-ready models within Tangerine's evolving AI and data ecosystem.

You will help design, implement, monitor, and optimize Next-Best-Action capabilities, predictive models, campaign measurement frameworks, and business insights that support customer acquisition, growth, engagement, and retention. You will also contribute to the modernization of Tangerine's Data Science practice by promoting automation, experimentation, sound governance, and continuous improvement.

  • Support Tangerine's Campaign Optimization strategy by partnering with Product, Digital, CRM, and Channel teams to design intelligent targeting, treatment, and measurement approaches.
